Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the website include applicable taxes. The special travel agency regime applies. Payment must be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or Bizum to a bank account in the name of the agency manager.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and changes to reservations are subject to the specific conditions of each service, which will be communicated during the booking process. However, as a general rule: within the first 48 hours of booking the package, the trip can be canceled without penalty. After that time, penalties apply.

 

Guarantee system

The travel agency has the necessary guarantees to operate its business. Among other guarantees, the travel agency has civil liability insurance with a limit of €500,000 per claim. It also has a surety bond of up to €100,000.

 

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from its interpretation or execution shall be resolved in the courts of Asturias, Spain.

 

Protection of personal data

The data provided for the contracting of services will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

 

Receipts and invoices

At the time of payment, customers will receive proof of payment (receipts). And before the trip begins, customers will receive the corresponding invoice in their name.

Terra Salvaje undertakes not to use these images for purposes that offend the dignity, image, or honor of the individual concerned.
The authorization has no specific geographical scope, so Terra Salvaje may use all the audiovisual material in all countries of the world without any geographical limitation.
The authorization covers all possible uses of the photographs or videos, or parts thereof, using currently known technical means and those that may be developed in the future, and for any application (catalogs, videos, websites, social media, etc.). This authorization is subject only to the exception and limitation of any uses or applications that may infringe upon the rights established in Organic Law 1/85, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and Image Rights.
The authorization does not set any time limit for its granting or for the exploitation of the photographs or videos, or part thereof, so said authorization is considered to be granted for an unlimited period of time.
This authorization does not have any economic consideration.
