INFORMATION
Have you ever felt the call of the mountains, but the noise of the city prevents you from hearing it?
In the heart of the Redes Natural Park , there is an ancient path that not only unites valleys, but also connects the past with the present.
We invite you to a one-day immersion designed for a small group of women, combining historical and interpretive hiking through forests and a Forest Bathing ( Shinrin-Yoku ) experience away from the crowds.
These activities are only for women over 18 years of age.

The hut is here
COUNTRY FOOD
13:00
Arrival at the cabin hidden in the mountains where we will eat together.
All the food is made with local and organic products.
All food offered by Terra Salvaje will be vegan in order not to contribute to animal suffering.
FOREST BATHING
14:30
Start of the Forest Bathing in the surroundings of the cabin.
In forest bathing we will connect with the earth and the trees through all our senses.

It is not a walk in the countryside; it is an invitation to silence the mental noise so that your senses —the touch of the moss, the aroma of the damp earth and the whisper of the beech trees— can once again recognize that you too are part of this forest.
In a world that forces us to rush, I propose the revolutionary luxury of slowness: a sensory immersion where each step is an anchor and each breath a way to recover your center in the heart of the mountain.
RETURN ROUTE
17:00
Start of the return route to the Deboyu cave (3 km).
Estimated arrival at the parking lot at 7:00 PM.
