Who can participate in these events and trips?

Our experiences are specifically designed for women over 18 seeking a space for personal transformation. We do not discriminate based on age, background, religion, or previous experience in similar activities. However, each experience has specific physical requirements that should be considered before registering.

Why are they exclusive for women?

We created these women-only spaces because we recognize the need for environments where we can explore our vulnerability, strength, and authenticity without the usual social dynamics. The sisterhood created in these groups facilitates a different emotional openness and a deeper connection with oneself and with the other participants.

Question 3

Do I need previous experience in similar activities?

Accepted Answer

For local day or weekend retreats, no prior experience is required. For international treks, although we don't require you to be an experienced mountaineer, we do recommend that you have previously participated in a similar, lower-intensity activity, that you are in good shape, and that you are familiar with hiking and the outdoors.

Can I come with friends?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many women come in small groups of friends or family. However, we encourage you to be open to the other participants, as part of the magic of these experiences lies in the unexpected bonds that are created.
A 10% discount will be applied if you come with your group of friends (minimum 4 participants)!
